Initial intake:
$200 up to 60 minutes + $50 per quarter hour thereafter.
Follow up consultations and program supervision:
Telehealth consultations and scheduled in office appointments are billed at a rate of $50.00. per 15 minutes of service. This allows for shorter or targeted support rather than paying for a full session.
$50.00 per 10-15 minutes
$100.00 per 20-30 minutes
$150.00 per 35-45 minutes
$200.00 per 50-60 minutes
Payments are rendered at the time services are performed.
All tele-health visits are generally paid prior to the appointment on the date served.
