Insurance may be processed for clients who reside in the State of California, only.

In-Network providers:

We process Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Cross/Blue ShieldOptumUnited Health and all UH commercial plans.

We are not accepting new clients with Beacon Health, Blue Shield of California/Magellan, Cigna, Health Net, and Tri-care.

Do you have a PPO? You will be expected to pay for services in full at time of service. We will process your claim. You will receive direct reimbursement from your insurance carrier for an approved portion of fee's associated with your plan.  

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health benefits?
  • Do I have a separate mental health deductible?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions visits per calendar year does my plan cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per visit?

Lori Bergstrom, LMFT.  You may also email Advanced Billing Services, LLC: [email protected]. Provide a copy of your insurance card (front and back) and the patients date of birth to 877-685-9812.  You may be asked to provide your address, as well.
